PAYMENTS


What currency do I pay in? 
All our items are priced and charged in US Dollars. You may use the "currency tool" at the top of the page to receive an indication of the price in your own currency, but the final payment is in US Dollars. Please be aware that if your credit card, debit card or PayPal balance is in a different currency, then your card provider or PayPal may charge an additional service fee. 


What forms of payment are accepted? We accept PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, Western Union and MoneyGram.


                           

How do I pay with PayPal? If you already have a PayPal account, then you can use our Express Checkout procedure. With Express Checkout you do not need to enter your delivery address and billing information when making a purchase, because PayPal already has this information stored.

By clicking the ‘PayPal Check out’ button, you are taken to PayPal’s secure website to sign into your account and confirm the delivery address details. You are then taken back to our website where you can select the shipping method and confirm your purchase. You will then receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order.

 






How do I setup a PayPal account? Setting up a PayPal account is quick, easy and free. The procedure has 3 simple steps: (1) Go to the website of PayPal and click the “Sign Up” button; (2) Select the Personal / ‘For You’ account option. You will have to provide an email address and a few more details. You'll receive an email from PayPal asking you to activate your account. (3) To use PayPal, you need to add a payment method to cover your transactions. This can be your bank account, debit or credit card. You are now ready to use PayPal on our website.







How do I pay by credit/debit card? Settling the payment by credit/debit card can be done quickly and securely on our website. All payment transactions are 256 bit SSL encrypted to ensure your entered information is safely transferred.

Step 1) After adding all the items that you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button.



Step 2) You are then requested to enter you email address; this is the address to which we will send our order confirmation email and information about the shipment of your order. You may choose to checkout as a ‘Guest’ or to create an account with us. If you already have an account, then you may select ‘Login to your account’.




Step 3) If you choose to checkout as a ‘Guest’, then first the delivery address details have to be provided. After filling in all the details, click the ‘Continue to Shipping Options’ button.



Step 4) If there is more than one available shipping method, then you can make your selection here, and then click the ‘Continue to Payment’ button. For added security, our system may prompt a Captcha test.







Step 5) You may now fill in your credit/debit card details, and then click on the ‘Complete Order’ button. If at this point you have changed your mind and rather settle the payment using PayPal, then you can still do so by choosing the ‘PayPal’ payment option.








How do I pay with Western Union or MoneyGram? Western Union and MoneyGram are payment methods in which you can transfer money from a local agent in your country to an agent in Hong Kong, where we can collect it. If you wish to use this payment method, please contact us for the details that you will need to successfully transfer the requested amount. Once the amount is transferred we will collect it within one business day and ship out your order. For further information on how Western Union and MoneyGram operate, please visit your local Internet websites.
 


Can I pay by Bank Transfer? We do not offer a direct bank transfer payment system. However, if you setup a PayPal account, then you can link your bank account to create a PayPal account balance.





SHIPPING

We send all items from our warehouse in Hong Kong, for which we use the services of Hongkong Post and FedEx Express. All orders are sent with tracking service. After placing an order through our website, it will dispatch within 1 business day (not on Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays).

Please make sure that your address details are correct, because once dispatched it is not possible to make any changes or withdraw the package from the delivery process. If you have selected FedEx delivery service, please also provide a telephone number for the recipient, because this is a requirement for international shipments.



How long does the delivery take?

Below you may find estimations for the delivery time based on previous experience. The actual number of days for the delivery depends greatly on location and each country's speed of customs clearance. In the weeks before Christmas, delivery tends to take longer, please take this into account.

North America: 7 - 14 days

South America: 21 - 35 days

European Union (North, West): 10 - 14 days

European Union (South, East): 14 - 20 days

Europe (other than EU): 20 - 35 days

Russian Federation: 10 - 21 days

Australia: 7 - 20 days

Asia: 7 - 15 days

Africa: 14 - 30 days


If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. If necessary, I will start an official investigation with the postal services involved. In the unlikely situation that a package is lost, which is confirmed by the postal services, your order will be sent to you again.




Import Taxes & Customs Handling Fees

Whenever you place an order with delivery to the United States, Australia, Japan, Singapore or South Korea, there will be no unexpected costs in the form of import taxes and customs’ handling fees. This is also the case for deliveries to the Russian Federation, as long as you stay below your personal limit.

However, when shipping to most other countries, it is possible that you have to pay such additional fees. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. When we offer FedEx shipping to your country for selected item(s), then any charges involved in the import are already included into the price; you can be assured that there are no unexpected costs upon delivery.

For shipments not sent by FedEx, it is possible that the delivery country’s customs ask for payment of additional fees. The rules are different in every country. For some countries we can offer advice, based on our experience. However, as the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out more detailed information before placing your order.
