I bought the PL-680 on Tuesday and it arrived 3 days later. That is good service. This is my 3rd or 4th radio I have bought from Anon-Co. I am very pleased with all radios and I am extremely pleased with Anon-Co. Anna is like a rock star!!! She is the best! I have purchased from both overseas and also the Anon-Co Ebay store. Never a problem. I bought the PL-680 from the Anon-Co Ebay store. As I said, it was a fast shipment. Perfectly packaged, everything was neatly placed within the radio's box. I can already tell it's a good radio. Picking up many shortwave stations and ham operators on SSB with just the telescopic antenna. I am a very happy buyer. Since 1963 I have been a SWL. I have a Drake sw1 and a number of portables. The PL680 is clearly the best portable I have owned. And that is with the telescope antenna. Can t wait to hook it to my longwire. I am very pleased with this purchase from anon-co. Shipment was blazingly fast. Anna has responded promptly to my concern. Looking forward to the radio and an ongoing association with anon-co. I will want a pocket size Tecsun to replace my C Crane Skywave.

This is my first all band, world band, multi band radio (not sure how to describe it, radio gets tons of stations) I'm not sure where the PL680 falls in the grand scheme of available receivers. I chose the PL680 for 4 reasons. 1. Tecsun has a solid reputation, according to the internet. 2. This is not the cheapest model Tecsun makes while having the same features as more expensive models. 3. I can listen to radio broadcasts from around the world. 4. It takes easily replaceable AA batteries. What good is a portable radio during an emergency, if it uses uncommon/proprietary batteries. Upon receiving the unit, my first impression is; The PL680 is straight up cool. Impressive build quality with dials and buttons that I'm sure do something. I will be spending the next year or so learning it's capabilities. As a "radio" laymen i lack the vocabulary to leave a proper review, take it with a grain of salt. That said, I do know a quality build when i see it. This is a quality devise! After receiving the order, Anon-Co shipped my radio the following day. They provided a UPS tracking number and it arrived when expected. Do NOT purchase from Amazon! Buy it from Anon Co's website (the one you're looking at right now). Your radio with shipping, will be cheaper and handled professionally. The outer and inner box had no visible damage. I would strongly recommend paying for UPS shipping, as they will not drop kick your package for fun like half of the stuff i get from Amazon. I will refer family/friends to buy from Anon-Co and not just some random person reading this. Should mention i took a chance using an unknown company/website (at least to me) because of a written review. Gamble payed off. Very pleased with purchase, even not knowing how to fully utilize its capabilities. That should say something. Thank You Anon-Co. JN

GREAT RADIO! Better than expected. Maybe the sound quality is not the best on FM, but the performance on SW and AIR makes it really worth buying. Neither air planes nor radio amateurs can escape my radio! :) And it also works well on LW.

I order the Pl-660 by mistake and received it with fast shipping,however I got the flu and never opened or used the radio.While recooperating,I read a few reviews of the newer PL-680 and decided this was the better model for my purposes. The PL-680 is an EXCELLENT radio. Ergonomically the PL-680 feels great to the touch and has a soild quality feel. The tuning dial is light to work with making it a delight to tune the frequencies. The sensitivity is excellent all round and the sound is almost as good as the Tecsun PL-880 known for its rich sound quality. The AIR band is a nice feature to have as well as SSB both which I have greatly enjoyed. Bettery life is never an issue and they charge up in the radio. I have many GOOD radios and I can confidently say this is an EXCELLENT radio that deserves recognition.

Сегодня получил долгожданную посылку с PL-68O, которая шла в Россию 24 дня. Упаковка была слегка порвана , но содержимое всё в целостности и сохранности. Приёмник супер! Приятный и надёжный пластиковый корпус, громкий звук и вменяемое управление. FM станции принимает там где другие приёмники даже их не видят! Короткие волны буду тестировать ночью, но и днём у окна четко слышно десяток станций. Считаю покупку этого приёмника очень удачной.

Most radios of this size could only hope to have this level of performance. The Tecsun PL-680 is, in a word, stunning.
Getting to know this radio is not all that hard, I find myself taking it into every room and out doors to see how it performs. The 680 is just such a joy to use and the sound is much better than I expected for such a small radio, it can fill a room and still sound decent.
Buying here from Anon-co.com was easy and safe, I received my order in less than one week. Great company and great product.

I have had the pl 680 for a few weeks and I love it. It does all that it is supposed to, in some ways out-performing the 880, especially the 'sync' mode. Anon has been great, a company I trust.

I received this radio today and it's too soon to review all of its features, but what made me give a 5-star, is Anon-Co's excellent support and very fast replies to Emails and questions.
By the way, this radio (along with PL-660 and PL-880) is tested by experts like Thomas Witherspoon (swling.com) and it's one of the best portables on the market now (for a very good price)
The build quality is great.
The packing was neat (contents: radio, 4 Ni-Mh batteries, headphones, long-wire antenna, leather pouch, AC adapter, printed English manual)
