I wrote the review below. I have now bought 6 of these 2P3 radios (I have every colour) and am about to buy another. Love them and they are fun to build and give to frineds and family. Anon-Co have been very helpful with some very minor issues I have had. Their postage is very fast too. :)

Received this today from Anon. Took a few hours to assemble. Youtube videos can give some assembly tips which help. The radio is of excellent quality. This is the second Chinese kit radio that I have built. This one is a lot easier than the first I assembled- no surface mount ICs in this one. Everything fits really well and the cabinet is excellent quality too. Works really well. Love the retro looks too. I think I might have to buy one in each colour. :)

A great little am radio. I like the vintage styling. Not hard to build, however soldering and component ID skills are a must. Not for the novice electronic kit builder. Did not take much in the way of adjustments to get it working it's best. The only improvement I would like to see is the instruction manual in a book form instead of the fold out sheet. I will be ordering one in the near future.

ASSEMBLED THE 2ND KIT. IT SOLDERS FINE. THAT LAST KIT, PWB DEFINITELY CONTAMINATED AT PWB FACTORY DURING CHEMICAL PROCESSING. THIS PWB IN 2ND KIT IS JUST FINE. KIT ASSEMBLED NO PROBLEMS. PLAYS VERY LOUD AND SENSITIVITE, AS ALIGNED USING CALIBRATED TEST EQUIPMENT.
SO, THERE ARE SOME CONTAMINATED PB'S OUT THERE, BUYER BEWARE!
2ND KIT WORKS FINE.

I have built two of these radios and love them. They are sensitive and selective, and stylish when built carefully.
To aid more novice builders, who might find the 2P3 instruction more than a little lacking in detail, I have written an English-language detailed, step-by-step assembly and testing manual. Following the steps in my manual carefully, I am sure just about anyone can build this kit.

PREVIOUSLY ASSEMBLED 2 OF THESE KITS FROM A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER, NO PROBLEMS, SLODERED FINE, WORKS GREAT. BUT THE KIT YOU SHIPPED ME HAS SERIOUS PC BOARD CONTAMINATION, SOLDERABILITY PROBLEMS. ASSEMBLED YOUR KIT, TESTED, BUT ALL SIGNALS VERY LOW; WEAK TO DEAD. TROUBLE SHOT USING RF GEN, OSCOPE, SPECTRUM ANALYZER. DOUBLE CHECKED COMPONENTS. FOUND SERIOUS SOLDERABILITY PROBLEMS ALL OVER THE BOARD AS PC BOARD APPEARS TO BE CONTAMINATED, WON'T TAKE OR SOLDER PROPERLY. I COMPARED WITH GOOD BOARD AND THAT IS BRIGHT SHINY EASY FLOW SOLDER. DEFINIELY A SOLDERABILITY AND CONTAMIATION PROBLEM WITH YOUR PC BOARD AND THE PARTS. I ALSO TESTED RESISTOR LEAD FOR SOLDEDRABILITY FROM YOUR KIT (EXTRA PARTS YOU MIS COUNTED IN YOUR KIT) AND THERESISTOR LEADS ARE ALSO CONTAMINATED AND DO NOT PASS SOLDERABILITY.
THIS KIT IS A TOTAL LOSS, USELESS TO ME. I HAVE A SECOND KIT FROM YOU AND WON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO ASSEMBLE IT.
